EXPRESS SERVICES
Many products are available on a 3-5 day delivery, just ask!
SCREEN CHARGES:
Most products have a screen charge of just £29.50 per colour, per position (ie: 1st position to the barrel of a pen the 2nd position would be the pen clip). One main exception to this is carrier bags which is based on ink coverage, full details of print area and price options are supplied with each quotation.
DELIVERY TIMES:
An average lead time from order to delivery is 10-14 working days. We will not promise a delivery date that cannot be met and pride ourselves on having despatched ALL our orders on time in the past 8 years.
CARRIAGE CHARGES:
Obviously these depend on weight and delivery times but are charged at the lowest possible rate.
Artwork Requirements
Embroidery
A small jpeg emailed together with pantone colour numbers.
Printing
There are two types of printing:
Solid or Spot Colour Print - 1, 2, 3 or 4 solid colours. When printing with solid colours we will need to know the exact colour. You can either choose from a colour palette or preferably tell us your Pantone® number for the colour(s).
4 Colour Process Print - also known as full colour print this involves different colours, tints, graduation and shades (like a photograph). When printing using this process we will not always match Pantone® colours as they are split into CMYK format but the colours will be a close.
We can accept artwork in the following formats via email or on CD
Spot Colour - Illustrator EPS or AI - All text converted to outlines (curves)
Spot Colour - Illustrator EPS or AI - All PMS colour references to be supplied
Full Colour - Photoshop EPS - Converted to CMYK to correct size
Full Colour - IIllustrator EPS or AI - Converted to CMYK
Full Colour - QuarkXpress - Images/colours converted to CMYK
Main Print Types:
1 Colour Printing – 1 distinct colour
2 Colour Printing – 2 distinct colours
3 Colour Printing – 3 distinct colours
4 Colour Printing – 4 distinct colours
4 Colour Process Printing – various tints and shades (eg a photograph)
5 Colour Printing – 5 distinct colours
